Corrections Policy
Last updated: August 2026
What counts as a material error
We treat an error as material when it could change a reader's decision. That includes:
- Wrong bonus figures — match percentage, maximum amount, free spins, wagering requirements
- Wrong payout or withdrawal windows
- Wrong licence status or licensing authority
- Wrong market availability — a casino listed as available where it is not, or vice versa
- Misstatements of what an operator's own terms actually say
How to report an error
Email ... with the page URL, the claim you believe is wrong, and — if you have one — a link to the source that contradicts it. Anyone can report an error: readers, operators, regulators.
Our commitment
- We acknowledge error reports within 2 business days
- We verify the claim against primary sources — the operator's published documents and regulator records — before changing anything
- Verified corrections are applied promptly
- Material corrections get a dated correction note on the corrected page
Corrections vs routine updates
A correction fixes something we got wrong. A routine update reflects something that changed in the real world — a bonus expired, an operator changed its terms. Routine updates follow our updates policy and do not carry correction notes.
