How we use AI
We use AI tools to assist with drafting, translation across our 13 languages, formatting, comparison tables and content maintenance. AI works from the team's structured research records — the operator documents, licence data and bonus terms our editors have already collected — not from its own imagination.
What humans own
- The research records every page is built from
- Fact verification against primary sources
- Publication approval — nothing goes live without human sign-off
What AI is not
AI is never treated as a source, a reviewer or an author. An AI model saying something does not make it true, and no page on this site cites AI output as evidence. Facts still require primary-source verification before publication, exactly as our editorial standards require.
Mistakes
If AI-assisted content contains an error, our corrections policy applies identically — same reporting path, same response times, same dated correction notes.
